What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects.
- Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call.
- Utilize responsive listening to provide appropriate situational responses.
- Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics including occupancy and shift adherence.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and maintain a professional appearance and behavior.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday.
- Must own a computer, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection (no Wi-Fi).
- Must have a quiet, uninterrupted workspace for professional interactions.
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience.
- Must pass a background check.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A high school diploma and/or some college education is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with clear and effective verbal communication.
- Experience in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining focus.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain emotional resilience during challenging interactions.
- Familiarity with data entry and managing donor information.
