- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and professionalism during interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace to ensure professional interactions
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience
- Must own a computer that meets system requirements, USB headset, web camera, and wired internet connection
- Must pass a background check
