Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Florida is hiring an Inside Sales Center Agent to engage homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule in-home appointments with our sales consultants. You will respond to calls, emails, and chats, maintaining detailed notes and high service levels.

Prior sales, customer service, or home improvement experience is a plus. We offer paid training, progression opportunities, and a benefits package including health coverage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of sales and marketing experience preferred.
• 1+ year of customer service and professional phone etiquette experience.
• Prior home improvement or appointment setting experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable using dual computer screens.
• Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Willingness to undergo criminal background check.
• This company participates in E-Verify.

Responsibilities

• Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats from homeowners.
• Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction.
• Qualify incoming leads and generate interest in products and services.
• Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and coordinate with the team.
• Provide excellent customer service with urgency and professionalism.

Income (On Average): $40,000yr - $60,000yr (Base + Performance Bonus) (Paid Weekly!)

As an Inside Sales Center Agent, you will identify, engage, and create opportunities with prospective homeowners across our multiple markets. Your goal will be to maximize the conversion rate of all incoming calls, leads, and inquiries into scheduled appointments for our team of elite sales consultants.

Responsibilities:

• Professionally respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chats regarding homeowner inquiries
• Record detailed notes for each homeowner interaction proficiently and accurately
• Qualify incoming leads while generating interest in our products and services
• Schedule in-home sales consultant appointments and collaborate with the team as needed
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues with urgency and professionalism

  Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least 1yr of Sales & Marketing Experience
  • At least 1yr of Customer Service & Professional Phone Etiquette Experience
  • Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Appointment Setting Industry is a Plus
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be comfortable utilizing dual computer screens
  • Must be proficient with computers and able to type at least thirty words per minute
