Hours:
Sunday - 2p-10:30p
Thursday and Friday - 10a-4:30p
2nd week - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 10a-4:30p
Saturday - 2p-10:30p
Every other holiday - 2p-10:30p

Responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming calls at Einstein Philadelphia, Einstein Elkins Park, and Einstein Montgomery.
• Processing emergencies for all three medical centers.
• Providing patient information, overhead paging, and individual beeper paging.
• Answering calls for physicians at the Medical Center operator switchboard.
• Processing and delivering messages.
• Coordinating emergency codes: Code Blue, Code Red, Code Yellow, Code Pink, Code Black, and Trauma.

Minimum qualifications:

• High School diploma required.
• 1-3 years of hospital operator or switchboard experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, especially in a hospital or high-volume call center environment.
