Job summary

Fox Chase Cancer Center is seeking a Telephone Dispatcher to provide assistance and direction for patients calling the scheduling call center. This full-time role supports the clinic by coordinating patient inquiries and guiding callers to the appropriate appointments.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent and about 1 year of hospital experience; telecommunications experience is preferred. Work hours are 8:30am–5pm, Monday–Friday, at the Jenkintown location.

Qualifications

• 1 Year Experience In Telecommunications Preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Handle scheduling calls and provide directions to callers.
