Job summary

Figure, a San Jose, CA-based AI robotics company, seeks a TeleOps Quality Support specialist to ensure data quality from pilot sessions. You will review teleop data, identify quality issues, and produce assessment reports that guide the AI team.

This is a six-month fixed-term, full-time role with an starting hourly rate of $30. You will collaborate with AI and pilot teams, track quality trends, and help scale learning humanoid robots deployment.

Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA.

We are looking for a TeleOps Quality Support specialist to help us maintain the standard of data our pilots collect. You will review teleop data collection sessions, identify quality issues, and produce assessment reports that give team leaders clear, actionable insight into pilot performance. Your work directly shapes how the AI team trains our robots.

• Review teleop data collection sessions against established quality standards

The hourly rate for this full-time position starts at $30/hr.
