Job summary

Trusted Health is seeking an experienced travel nurse for a Telemetry unit assignment in Tallahassee, FL. This 13-week night shift opportunity offers direct application with Trusted and an auto-offer process, minimizing recruiter interruptions.

• Maintain patient ratios and ensure safety on high-acuity cases.
• Adhere to facility protocols and assist with admissions/discharges.

Experience

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.
• 3 months of Meditech experience is preferred.
• 9 months of acute care experience with 9 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Florida license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Staff, Part-Time, and Per Diem employees currently working at this health system cannot be submitted.

Additional Details

Preferred Skills/Experience:Registered nurse with med/surg experience preferred.

Special Requests:No holiday RTO available; must be open to Thanksgiving and Christmas 10/13/26.

Unit Details:Patient ratios are 5-6 patients per nurse, with a crisis ratio of 7 patients per nurse.

Shift & Scheduling:Flexible contract hours: 48 per week available for travel.Rotating weekends.

Floating Requirements:Floating may occur on an as-needed (PRN) basis.
