Formación

7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

Experience

• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 2 years of Telemetry Unit experience.
• 6 months of Epic experience is required with 6 months within the last 12 months.

Requirements

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required for submission).
• This role will require floating to multiple units.
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <40 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• COVID booster required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Anyone currently working at this facility cannot be submitted.

Additional Details

Required Skills/Experience:Must have have graduated from an accredited nursing school. Will draw own labs- must have 2+ years or recent experience in drawing blood.Must have recent experience in drawing blood as well as starting/maintaining IVs.2+ years of medical-surgical experience required.

Required Credentials

Must have an accredited nursing degree through the ACEN or CCNE to be considered. Summa EKG Exam is required, with a passing score of 80% or higher.

Special Requests

RTO must be submitted at the time of submission; requests submitted afterward will not be accepted. RTO is not allowed during the first two weeks of the assignment. Block schedules will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Shift & Scheduling

RTO is limited to 7 days. Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday.

Unit Details

This is a cardiac telemetry unit. Looking for a nurse with 2+ years of recent charge experience who is comfortable and willing to take charge on shift.

7 days maximum time off. Start assignment restriction: 14 days
