Doctors Hospital of Augusta, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Telemetry Technician to monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, assist with patient care, and support nursing staff in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will interpret rhythms, report changes, manage telemetry supplies, document patient status in electronic systems, and mentor new team members while upholding safety standards.

Candidates should have BCLS within 30 days, pass the Rhythms/Arrhythmias exam, and possess hospital-based

Formación

• Rhythms and Arrhythmias interpretation required or preferred.
• Telemetry experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• PCT experience in a hospital setting required.

Responsabilidades

• Interpret Rhythms and Arrhythmias.
• Report all changes in heart rate/rhythm to appropriate nursing staff.
• Maintain Telemetry Supplies.
• Record patient condition using computerized documentation systems.
• Perform duties with full understanding of age-specific factors.
• Orient and mentor new staff members.
• Follow Standard Precautions using PPE as required.
