Job summary

Trinity Health Oakland in Michigan is seeking a Telemetry Technician to monitor cardiac rhythms and provide clinical leadership in telemetry monitoring. Telemetry Technician – Trinity Health Oakland

Employment Type: Full Time, Shift: 12 Hour Day Shift. Location: Trinity Health Oakland, Michigan.

• Monitoring cardiac rhythms and telemetry for patients.

• Collaborating with nursing leadership to standardize arrhythmia management and non-invasive cardiology testing.
• Participating in multidisciplinary teams to design and implement clinical standards of care for monitored patients.
• Promoting exceptional customer service and organizational values.

What You Will Need

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• One of the following: Completion of a Cardiac Monitoring program, Certified Cardiographic Technician (CCT) or Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician (CRAT) through CCI, or 2 years of related experience in lieu of certification.
• Preferred: State of Michigan Paramedic license.
