Responsibilities

• Performs basic patient care tasks under the direct supervision of an RN
• Maintains competency in PCA-trained tasks and follows unit protocols
• Communicates patient information to the health care team in a timely manner
• Ensures equipment and supplies are available and reports issues promptly
• Supports patient flow and coordination within the Telemetry unit
