Qualifications

• EMT, EMT-P, CNA, SRNA, or CMA license required.
• BLS certification required; telemetry certification or coursework may be required within 1 year of hire.
• Ability to think critically, make decisive judgments, and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Telemetry monitoring course completion may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple telemetry displays continuously.
• Identify significant arrhythmias or distress and intervene.
• Report abnormal findings to nursing staff promptly.
• Test equipment and report problems to supervisor.
