• Plans, directs, and evaluates nursing care to provide patient-centered care.
• Conducts assessments to develop a standard of care and meet outcomes.
• Follows established objectives, standards, policies, and procedures in care.
• Performs initial assessments to establish baselines for individualized care.
• Performs ongoing assessments to adapt to changing needs.
• Ensures accurate documentation and proper equipment readiness.
• Educates peers, patients, and families to support excellence.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
