Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered nursing care for assigned patients.
• Plan, direct, and evaluate nursing care across physical, developmental, emotional, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual, and functional domains.
• Develop baseline standards of care from initial assessments and evaluate effectiveness of the care plan.
• Perform ongoing assessments and reassessments to meet changing patient needs.
• Ensure accurate documentation, adequate supplies, and proper operation of equipment.
• Act as educator to peers, patients, and families to support service excellence and a healing environment.
