Job summary

Nazareth Hospital, part of Trinity Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a per diem 12-hour day shift (7:00 am – 7:30 pm) in the Telemetry unit in Philadelphia, PA. The RN will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based, patient-centered care across all ages.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, developing and adjusting care plans, and delivering safe, compassionate care in a fast-paced telemetry setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license by PA State Board of Nursing or Compact State.
• Prior acute care experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop/evaluate/modify the care plan under supervision.
• Deliver care as part of the care and interdisciplinary teams.
