Job summary

Temple Health, part of Temple University Health System, Inc., seeks a Staff RN for the Telemetry Unit on a 36-hour Day Flex schedule (6:45am–7:15pm) in Philadelphia. The RN provides care under the direction of physicians, applies nursing process, and coordinates with patients, families, and health care team to individualize treatment.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, hold a Bachelor's degree, and possess PA RN license plus BLS; 2 years of clinical experience

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Two years of clinical specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under physician supervision.
• Collaborate with patients and families to individualize care.
• Direct nursing support staff and ensure adherence to standards.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with policies.
