Mass General Brigham's Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain is seeking a Med/Surg RN for 36 hours per week on 6 South, with day/evening rotations. This Magnet Designated hospital provides advanced telemetry, uses Epic, and offers a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• BSN required
• Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
• BLS and ACLS required
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
• Ability to demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities
• Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards

Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult medicine patients on a 36-hour weekly schedule.
• Utilize telemetry, Vocera, Epic and CVM systems as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Support Magnet-designated hospital standards and patient safety initiatives.
