Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital in Jamaica Plain (Massachusetts) is a Magnet-designated, 171-bed teaching hospital seeking an experienced Med/Surg RN for night shift on 6 South. You will care for diverse adults with acute and chronic conditions using telemetry and hospital technology.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Massachusetts RN Licensure required.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PACU experience strongly preferred.
• Preoperative holding and evaluation experience preferred.
• ASPAN CPAN/CAPA preferred.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to demonstrate observational skills and to set priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for adult patients on a 36-hour/week night rotation.
• Monitor patients using telemetry and IV/medical equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and adjust care.
• Document care in the electronic medical record per policy.
