Job summary

Join Baylor Scott & White - Lake Pointe in Rowlett, TX as a Registered Nurse on Telemetry and provide high-quality patient care.

The unit cares for stroke, chest pain, med-surg and telemetry patients with a 1:4-5 nurse-to-patient ratio; shift is full-time nights. We support Pathways to Excellence and Magnet journey with teamwork and professional development. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent Telemetry RN experience required.
• Active RN license in Texas or licensure eligibility.
• BLS certification at hire or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor patients, respond to changes, and coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families and document care.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure safety and quality.
