Qualifications

• Grad of Accredited Program, RN license required.
• 1 year of recent Telemetry RN experience required.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care using a professional practice model.
• Conduct patient assessments and create care plans.
• Educate patients and families and document learning needs.
• Delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
