Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice where care is provided.
• BSN degree preferred; appropriate certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts plans, and collaborates with the team.
• Upholds a culture of safety and timely EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
