Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state or single-state privileges.
• BLS certification.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans and collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed and delegate appropriately.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and maintain certifications.
