Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care at Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, Colorado. Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of hire date.
• BSN preferred; BSN required as of 2025-04-27 per last update.

Responsibilities

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and information from the care team.
• Plan: Develops individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Directs care through coordination and delegation with interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate: Reviews outcomes and revises plan as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
