Job summary

Vetted Solutions is seeking a PRN RN for Med Surg Tele to deliver high-quality nursing care to adults with complex medical needs requiring telemetry monitoring. You will perform comprehensive assessments, monitor rhythms, administer IV therapies, and work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

In this role, you will educate patients and families about care plans, document interventions in the EHR, and respond promptly to clinical changes.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in good standing.
• Experience in med-surg/telemetry with rhythm interpretation.
• Strong clinical judgment and prioritization skills.
• Effective communication and prompt response to changes.
• Proficient in IV medications administration and accurate EHR charting.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations.
• Monitor cardiac rhythm and recognize/respond to changes in condition.
• Administer medications and manage IV therapy safely and accurately.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans, treatments, and discharge needs.
• Document assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the EHR.
