SoftPath Medical is seeking a Med-Surgical Unit Nurse for a 23-bed unit in Durham, NC. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:4, with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and occasional weekend/holiday coverage.

The role requires telemetry experience and the ability to interpret cardiac strips, plus comfort managing CPAP and BiPAP equipment on the unit. Unit-specific orientation is provided (2–3 shifts); there is no call or floating.

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
• Telemetry experience and ability to interpret cardiac strips.
• Comfortable managing CPAP and BiPAP equipment.

Responsabilidades

• RNs are not required to titrate drips.
• Telemetry monitors are present; RNs read their own strips.
• No common titratable or set rate drips on this unit.
