Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (CN II) to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care on a busy telemetry unit. The role requires autonomous practice and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

The RN will monitor patients with cardiac conditions, administer medications, and educate families about conditions and treatments. Strong ECG interpretation and critical thinking are essential; night shifts are required.

Qualifications

• RN requirements: BSN or ASN with telemetry experience; CA RN license required.
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications required; BLS required.
• Transitional RN program candidates may apply; ONS PCCN/CCRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and care for patients on continuous cardiac monitoring.
• Administer medications and non-titratable drips with monitoring.
• Develop individualized care plans for cardiac and neurological conditions.
• Document care in EHR and participate in quality improvement.
