Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.
• Administer medications, including non-titratable drips, and monitor effects.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans for cardiac/neurological conditions.
• Act as patient advocate, ensuring dignity and confidentiality.
• Provide education to patients and families about conditions, meds, and lifestyle changes.
• Precept and mentor New Graduates and new hires as needed.
