Sharp HealthCare is seeking a Telemetry Registered Nurse (CN II) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on the telemetry unit. The role requires autonomous nursing practice, strong collaboration, and advanced cardiac monitoring skills.

You will monitor patients, respond to rhythm changes, administer medications, and educate families while maintaining safety and compliance with Joint Commission and OSHA standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate Degree in Nursing with five years’ experience as an RN in telemetry/ICU in lieu of BSN.
• Two years of telemetry RN experience required.
• California RN license required.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certificate required.
• Transitional RN Program certificate required within 6 months of hire/transfer when applicable.
• Progressive Care Unit: PCCN or CCRN preferred, Oncology/chemotherapy cert may be noted.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.
• Respond to acute changes in cardiac rhythms and neurological status.
• Administer medications including non-titratable drips and monitor effects.
• Develop individualized care plans for cardiac and neurological conditions.
• Document care accurately in the EHR.
• Provide patient and family education on conditions, meds, and lifestyle.
• Serve as Relief Charge Nurse as needed.
• Support preceptorship and continuing education for staff.
