Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Float Pool) who will deliver coordinated, high-quality nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process and evidence-based standards. The ideal candidate will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise assigned nursing staff, and apply clinical judgment to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. This Float Pool role supports flexibility across units while primarily focusing on the 6 South Telemetry Day Shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify care priorities
