Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a registered nurse to join an inpatient medical telemetry unit in Boston. You will deliver direct nursing care, assess patient needs, and coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and an RN license with BLS certification.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• License as Registered Nurse required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provides direct care to patients and families on a fast-paced medical telemetry unit.
• Performs nursing assessments, plans, implementations and evaluations of care.
• Coordinates care with assistive personnel and the multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrates patient advocacy, effective communication and teamwork.
• Maintains required education and participates in quality improvement activities.
