Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and adjusts care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation and follows safety protocols.
• May administer medications and therapies per clinical protocols.
• May float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
