Job summary

Emerus is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care in a hospital setting. The role emphasizes age-specific nursing care, adherence to physician orders and infection control.

Required: RN licensure, Associate’s or Nursing Diploma, 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU, BLS/ACLS; PALS preferred. English fluency is required. On-site position in a small-format hospital environment focused on compassionate, comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare positions.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate nursing care using advanced clinical knowledge and skills to ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Follow physician orders in the delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records at all times.
• Adhere to infection control, isolation procedures and aseptic techniques in patient care.
• Perform admissions, discharges and transfers; assemble equipment for procedures as needed.
