Job summary

Emerus Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for Telemetry/ICU to assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care. You will provide age-specific nursing care, follow physician orders, protect privacy, and adhere to infection control standards.

Requirements include an Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma (BSN preferred), active RN license, 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU, BLS/ACLS, and English fluency. Clearances must be current per state rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related roles.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred; ENPC may substitute.
• Must be fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication.
• Pennsylvania RN Act 33/Act 73 clearances within last 5 years or before start.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide age-specific nursing care with advanced knowledge.
• Follow physician orders in the delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform lab testing per policies.
• Handle admissions, discharges and transfers.
• Assemble equipment for procedures and assist as needed.
• Comply with policies and participate in required meetings.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
