ChristianaCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 5B Medical Telemetry Unit in Newark, DE. The role is FT with day shifts, weekends, and holidays per department guidelines, providing direct patient care, medication administration, and interprofessional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Delaware RN licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Delaware.
• BSN or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of hire date.
• At least one year of experience as an RN.
• RN with experience in inpatient acute care is preferred.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications.
• Collaborate with health-care team members to evaluate patient conditions.
• Ensure patient safety and well-being in a busy telemetry unit.
• Document patient status and respond to changes in condition.
