Job summary

Prisma Health in Greenville Memorial Hospital seeks a Night Shift RN for the Surgical Telemetry unit to provide patient-centered care and coordinate nursing plans. The role involves monitoring patients on telemetry, updating plans, and ensuring safety with collaborative teamwork.

The unit serves a diverse adult population undergoing surgical and medical care; ACLS and telemetry training are required or obtainable after hire. Weekend/holiday/on-call scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing (NCSBN).
• One year of RN experience preferred.
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to assigned patients per nursing plan.
• Develop and update patient care plans with team.
• Monitor patient status and adjust interventions as needed.
• Communicate changes to healthcare team and family.
