Job summary

Incredible Health in Perth Amboy, NJ is hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry to monitor cardiac rhythms and care for patients with acute heart conditions. This role offers day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, or per diem options.

You'll administer medications, interpret EKGs, collaborate with providers, and educate patients and families on heart health while documenting care in the EMR system. ADN or higher with BLS/ACLS credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or higher in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or similar.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, identifying distress or anomalies.
• Administer medications and interventions per the care plan.
• Collaborate with providers to adjust the care plan for cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care when appropriate.
• Document patient condition, treatments, and progress accurately in the EMR.
