Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a California RN license, BLS/ACLS, and have 1+ year of telemetry experience, with strong critical thinking, empathy, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing.
• RN license issued by the State of California.
• BLS and ACLS certification with plan to obtain UCSD ART within six months.
• Minimum one year of inpatient acute care RN Telemetry experience.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with empathy and kindness.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous nursing care on the Telemetry Unit following ANA standards.
• Assess, intervene, and evaluate patient care for high-acuity cardiac patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
