Job summary

Emerus is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Telemetry/ICU-focused role at our Menomonee Falls facility. You will assess, plan, direct and evaluate patient care, while adhering to physician orders and maintaining patient privacy.

Requirements include an RN license in good standing, 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU or related roles, BLS/ACLS (PALS preferred). English fluency is essential; Act 33/Act 73 clearances may apply depending on state regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma is required; BSN is preferred.
• Current state RN licensure without sanctions is required.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or 2+ years in related healthcare roles.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize and provide proficient nursing care appropriate for age and specialty.
• Follow physician orders in delivering care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information and records.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Collect lab samples and perform testing per policies and CLIA/COLA.
• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Assemble equipment for diagnostic or treatment procedures; assist others as needed.
• Ensure care aligns with state Board of Nursing standards.
