Advocate Health's 11LM Telemetry unit at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center in Milwaukee is seeking a Registered Nurse. The role offers 36 hours per week with day/night rotations, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus, plus loan support and education assistance.

You will care for a diverse medical telemetry patient population, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in orientation, residency, and ongoing education. A Wisconsin RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Wisconsin is required.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) is required.
• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Proficient computer skills and EMR familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, plan care, and coordinate interventions with the care team.
• Monitor patient condition and adjust plans as needed to ensure safety.
• Coordinate discharge planning with an interdisciplinary team.
