Job summary

White Glove Placement New York is seeking experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RNs for a 10-week winter coverage assignment at a major acute care hospital in New Haven, CT. Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift.

Requirements include active CT RN license, 2+ years of Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience, BLS, ACLS and NIHSS. Strong telemetry skills, oxygen protocols, rapid response activation, one professional reference, and flu vaccination.

Qualifications

• Active CT State RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and NIHSS listed among required certifications
• Strong telemetry and dysrhythmia management skills
• Experience with oxygen protocols and rapid response activation
• One professional reference required
• Former staff must be away from the health system for at least 2 years before returning as a traveler
• Flu vaccination required; no exemptions accepted
• No more than 5 days of requested time off; holiday time off is not permitted
