White Glove Placement, Inc. seeks an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry RN for a 10-week winter assignment at a major acute care hospital in New Haven, CT. The role emphasizes telemetry, dysrhythmia management and strong Med-Surg skills.

Shifts are nights, 7 PM–7 AM, with a 3-shift weekly schedule (12 hours each) and every-other weekend. Requires CT RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and references for onboarding.

Qualifications

• Active CT State RN license
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS and NIHSS listed among required certifications
• Strong telemetry and dysrhythmia management skills
• Experience with oxygen protocols and rapid response activation
• One professional reference required
• Former staff must be away from the health system for at least 2 years before returning as a traveler
• Flu vaccination required; no exemptions accepted
• No more than 5 days of requested time off; holiday time off is not permitted

Responsibilities

• Provide care for Medical-Surgical/Telemetry patients during nights
• Monitor patients using telemetry and manage dysrhythmias
• Collaborate with hospital team to ensure patient safety
• Follow rapid response protocols and escalate as needed
