Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; required for Cardiac Rehab.
• State RN license and BLS/ACLS as specified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely, compassionate responses to patients, families and colleagues.
• Collaborate with patients, families and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Regularly assess vital signs and document patient status.
• Collect medical history, symptoms and current health status.
• Administer medications per orders and protocols.
• Delegate care per MA Nurse Practice Act and facility guidelines.
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing plans of care.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and treatment options.
