• Education: High School graduate.
• Experience: 1-2 years' experience with medical terminology, Nursing Assistant and/or Unit Secretary preferred.
• Licensure: None

Responsibilities

• Assists RN to deliver appropriate quality care.
• Performs specified nursing procedures and provides a clean, safe environment.
• Assists with admissions, discharges, and transports as needed.
• Maintains patient charts and records.
• Performs ADLs, vital signs, specimen collection, and I&O as required.
