Job summary

Qualifications

• CNA, CMA, EMT, or nursing student with one semester of clinical completed.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic nursing care activities as delegated by an RN, including monitoring vital signs and glucose, and recording intake and output.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and eating.
• Report abnormal findings to nursing staff and maintain unit cleanliness and organization.
