Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under supervision of an Oklahoma-licensed nurse.
• Observe and report patient condition, activities and needs timel y.
• Document data, vital signs, I&O, and treatments accurately.
• Assist with ADL and routine tasks as delegated.
