Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Provides patient care to an assigned group of patients using basic skills.
• Assists with ADL and observes patient condition as delegated.
• Observes and reports patient condition to licensed nurse accurately and promptly.
• Documents data legibly and accurately per unit policy.
• Transports patients, supplies and equipment as needed.
• Maintains clean and orderly patient room and unit.
