Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
• BLS and ACLS certifications through American Heart Association.
• NIHSS training obtainable through AHA or similar organization.
• Experience with case coordination and health care delivery systems.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient assignments for RNs, CNAs, and Nurse Externs.
• Coordinates patient flow and staffing for the shift.
• Participates in hiring, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes.
• Leads quality and performance improvement initiatives.
