Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 4 North unit. The role involves planning and delivering professional nursing care according to hospital policies and may include charge nurse duties.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate's in Nursing with NC licensure (or compact). A BSN is preferred. Nurses will float to related Med/Surg units as needed and must meet patient care standards across adult and geriatric populations.

• Serves as charge nurse when assigned.
• Maintains accurate patient care records.
• Adminsisters medications as ordered by physician.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary health system staff.
