Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Formal education or training in a medical careers program OR enrollment in nursing school OR two or more years’ experience as a Patient Care Associate/Nurse Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care interventions as delegated by the RN to support treatment goals.
• Delivers compassionate support to patients and families.
• Assists with activities of daily living (bathing, feeding, dressing, mobility).
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and other safety regulations.
• Maintains safe, clean environment and adheres to infection-control policies.
