Job summary

Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Temporary Nurse Apprentice to join our Telemetry team on a part-time basis. The role supports clinical staff, performs nursing care tasks under supervision, and assists with patient services on a fast-paced 12-hour shift schedule.

The position requires current Nurse Apprentice application with the Idaho State Board of Nursing and a BLS certification at hire, with about six months of CNA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintain a current Nurse Apprentice application on file with the Idaho State Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification required at hire (ACLS/PALS considered).
• Six months CNA experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• Ability to care for patients across Neonate to Geriatric age groups.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff at unit level with clerical, receptionist, and patient service coordination.
• Perform nursing care and related non-professional services under licensed nurse supervision.
